Went in today without an appointment and everyone I met could not have been more friendly and ready to help. Had an issue with an air con pipe on an older car that no one else has been able to help with - Dave sorted within minutes and I couldn’t be happier. Perfect service and would highly recommend.
This workshop is absolutely amazing! - I've used them on two occasions: replace aircon condenser and compressor and separately to backflush the heater core and replace the coolant when the heating stopped working.
Their primary expertise is any AC systens but they also do so much more! They do not push into selling the new parts if the existing one could be repaired in cost effective way - great attitude - trully putting the customer needs first!
Also the person who answered my call was a mechnic with years of experience rather than just a receptionist - he immediately said he knew this problem with the make of my car and described the options for a repair - and I felt I've been listened to - no nonsense! Five stars - will use this company again!

Bee Cool have helped us on a couple of occasions when we have had A/C problems with classic vehicles. David's knowledge of A/C systems is fantastic. He is able to design and supply solutions to those problems where original parts are no longer available or difficult to source. Quality of workmanship is excellent and prices are very reasonable for such specialised work. In addition to that, he is very friendly and helpful.

I had the AC in my car fixed by them very satisfactorily and later, when my gear-selector box broke , I asked them to look at that. They found the problem but new parts were no longer available from Honda to replace the broken unit. One option was to scrap the car.They went to a lot of trouble sourcing a company specalising in renovating gearboxes and they had it back on the road for a very reasonable price. A new unit would have been £3,600 in parts alone, so they not only saved the car, they saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend them for AC and general or specialist repairs.
