I had the AC in my car fixed by them very satisfactorily and later, when my gear-selector box broke , I asked them to look at that. They found the problem but new parts were no longer available from Honda to replace the broken unit. One option was to scrap the car.They went to a lot of trouble sourcing a company specalising in renovating gearboxes and they had it back on the road for a very reasonable price. A new unit would have been £3,600 in parts alone, so they not only saved the car, they saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend them for AC and general or specialist repairs.
We have an electric car with faulty air conditioning. Our “expert” local garage tried to fix it but actually caused other problems. Tig and her team were brilliant in diagnosing what the actual problem was. As an electric car the process was far from easy and took over 3 hours. Their report enabled us to successfully challenge our local garage proving they had caused a major problem . They have agreed to fix it at no extra cost to ourselves. Bee cool throughout were thorough, friendly, and professional and I can’t thank them enough.
